Reading what you both have written made me feel like I was there. Although I only saw Danny grow up in photos, when I met him I immediately bonded with him, and liked him so much. He was a bright star, I just wished he knew that. All I can hope for as his mom, is for everyone who lives he touched, take something that they learned from him and apply it to their lives. I thought I knew him, but I have learned so much more about him in the past week and a half from conversations I had with his friends. As I said, for the rest of my life, I will think of him everyday. He was a special part of me and a special human being. He always spoke of you fondly. We are all blessed that knew him.
